Science2move Sport Consultancy is responsible for the processing of all data on this website and of the newsletter from Science2Move Sport Consultancy.
Science2Move Sport Consultancy processes personal data because you make use of our services and/or you provide us with it yourself.
Below an overview of personal data we process:
-IP-address (with the exception of the last 3 digits)

-Data of your activities on our website and in our newsletter

We collect (personal) data to gain insights in demographic data and read and click behaviour on our website with Google Analytics. This includes the page-visits & duration, location & language, technology and acquisition. The purpose of this data collection is to be able to improve the website to the wishes of the visitors. In Google Analytics, the settings are adapted to the recommendations of the Dutch Authority of Personal Data. This includes the anonymous processing of the IP-address (the last 3 digits aren’t saved). Because of this, the consequences on the privacy of our website visitors are minor. Google is a US-based company. Therefore, data could be saved on servers outside the European Union. On this data, the Privacy Shield applies. For this purpose, a processing-agreement has been signed. The data won’t be shared with other parties. The processed data is obtained with explicit permission and will only be used for newsletter-purposes. Processing of the data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest.
Via Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn and Instagram, we are capable of executing comprehensive analyses (amongst others: names, demography and interests). Before usage of social media, make sure you carefully read their privacy declaration. In addition, we use a third party-plugin (AddToAny). Cookies are supplied by the Addtoany service. The use of these buttons and functions involves the exchange of information with this services and the social media services (such as Facebook, Twitter etc) therefore the management of information and how to eliminate it is regulated by these services and we encourage you to consult the respective privacy policies of each service. Science2Move Sport Consultancy uses Mailchimp. If you provide us with your email-address, this will only be used to provide you with services or products that you requested. By clicking the button, you agree with the fact that we will store your email-address. These data will be saved via Mailchimp. Also, Mailchimp may place cookies. Cookies and similar tools
Science2Move Sport Consultancy uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies and/ or similar tools. A cookie is a small text file that will be saved in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when visiting this website for the first time. Science2Move Sport Consultancy uses those cookies for technical functionality (for example the dual-language function and the cookie notice itself). Those cookies make sure that the website will work properly, and that for example, your preferred settings will be remembered to optimize your experience on our site. Besides, the website places cookies via Google Analytics to keep track of your behaviour on our website (see “Google Analytics”).

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and services don’t have any intentions to collect data from website visitors aged under 16 years. Unless they have specific permission from their parents or guardian. Nonetheless, we aren’t able to check the age of a website visitor. Therefore, we recommend parents to be involved in the online activity of their children, to prevent that personal data of children is collected without permission of a parent and/ or guardian. If you’re sure that we collected personal data of an under-aged person, contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org, then we will remove this information directly.
To set up a bill, we need several data which will be processed/ saved:
Also incoming bills will be saved, which contain several (obligated) items amongst others:
-Name of the company
-Address of the company
-Chamber of Commerce registration number
-Bank account number
These bills, and the data, will be saved for 7 years, due to legal obligations.
Sharing with third parties
Science2Move Sport Consultancy does not sell your personal data to third parties and will provide this information solely when it’s required to meet the agreement with you or when we are legally obligated to do so (with the exception of the companies mentioned above: Google Analytics, Mailchimp & AddToAny).

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view your personal data, to correct it or to delete it. You can send us a request to view, correct or delete personal data to email@example.com. Science2Move Sport Consultancy will react as fast as possible, but ultimately within 4 weeks.
